"Location. Location. Location. It's amazing how close Metro République is, which is well connected with several lines and you get to center of Paris in 10 to 20 ish minutes."
"The location is excellent; you can walk to Nôtre Dame, the Quarter Latin etc. and the metro is 2 minutes walking distance."
"It is located 25mins walk from Gare du Nord.
